Telkom off line again

Off Line , off line and off line. That is all you hear. You have to pay even if they are always offline. They do not care about your urgent needs at all. I went there three times without service. The Grove and well as Hatfield branches. Needless to say, I cancelled my Telkom subscription and went to one of their competitors where I received excellent service.
