Telkom O Telkom pls fix me

i'm getting so tired of phoning and complaining about the same thing .. my adsl line that does not perform as it used to.. so tired of hearing its the distance, so tire of hearing its up to ... up to what..<br> let me tell you again i work in the IT industry for 23 years .. if had my share of adsl install and repairs for clients, when i had my adsl install the first time i had a problem where it did not perform as it was suppose to.. then i had 2 guys came out and test things at my spot and did find some issues on the condition of the line etc and even move me to another dslam.. then all worked 100% so before when my line shows syncing at 10mb plus it was getting around 8.95 to 9.15 very nice now its syncing at 9mb and luky if you get over 7mb.. the small earthqauke we had in durban did not moved the exchange or my house so i should still get what i had before.. yes i change filter yes i change cables yes i used another isp and yes its time to fix it .. pls if the normal tec out there cannot fix it get the people that understand.. you can take my money so now i need my working line back..
