Telkom nyt surfer

I bought 100 gig nyt surfer on the 23rd of November but it doesn't work I called their contact centre for more than 15 times so that they can resolve but nothing was ever done to resolve that. Now my 100 gig will get forfeited on the 23rd of this before I even used it. Telkom service is the worst I went to their store in east rand mall to fix that and I was told this can only be resolved by their contact centre.
