Telkom number queue system is pathetic

Telkom Vaal Mall. The electronic number queue system is pathetic. What must be done really for Telkom to realize their system is not working. That stupid system literally had us waiting over 45 minutes but was 'randomly' calling customer that just came in and skipped our numbers. We had to now confront other customers of which it wasn't their fault and the response we got from the staff was 'Its not us its the system. This is not the first time I had such a bad experience in the store, can someone please hear us, this is really bad.
