Telkom & Nudebt threaten customers

By the worst telecommunications service in SA. My data SIM was ****** in Jan 2025 and I called Telkom in March to cancel even after paying for Jan, Feb and March. The service wasn't cancelled. The data plan was for R109. They continued to debit until Oct 2025 only to find out it was never cancelled. Then the agent tells me the service can't be cancelled as I owe R109 for Oct. This was a month to month plan as I already completed my 2yr contract in mid 2024. Telkom then handede over to Nu debt who threatened me with court summons and defaults on my credit profile. All this after I paid the R109 and called Telkom numerous times to cancel.
