Telkom & Nudebt, the ball and chain to your peace of mind.

Having a telkom contract is the worst thing you can do if you ever want to exercise your consumer right to change service providers. Telkom handed me over to Nudebt who have been harrasing me even after the matter is settled with Telkom. I have sent Nudebt all the proofs of correspondence. Telkom confirmed the contract termination reference and now I am being threatened with legal action by Nudebt. Nudebt does not reply to email, they insist on calling during working hours, they say their working hours are 8-6pm but come 5pm when you call, you get their answering machine. You are being harrased by a ghost who is introduced to you by Telkom.
