Telkom , is Nudebt contracted by you?

i am being called for a debt on a contract that came to term and was closed as per procedure . please can you contact me if this is ********** as i am mad that i am being told i owe thousands to you. Telkom has not given me this notice why would a 3rd party give it to me?
