Telkom now emailing false promises

a While ago, I received an email from telkom telling me that they have noticed that I frequently purchase additional bundles etc, and that I use more data than I get per month, and that they would like to upgrade my contract as a special upgrade mid contract, I was excited, because I would love to have the 100+100gb, with the ongoing promotion that doubles it, but till now nobody from telkom has contacted me and I am still waiting, I actually now gave up, because I believe that promotion is also ending now. thanks for getting my hopes up telkom
