Telkom = nothing has changed.

With the amount of advertising Telekom has spent of advertising, one would have thought they have sharpened their game. They did not. Just as useless as always. Called last week Monday three times - their system was down each time and was asked to call back Tuesday. Since Tuesday, have spent a total of two and a half hours waiting for someone to answer my call. Have sent two online requests to relocate my line and have still not received a response from anyone. Shocking.
