Telkom not worth it!!

Over the years it has just been problem after problem with Telkom. We have a business and needed to port our dsl line back from Afrihost to Telkom. After spending hours on the phone with Telkoms every department still no internet. Decided to try again today and were informed that Telkom decided to cancel the line completely irregardless of the instruction. Now our business has no internet and No way to sort the problem out. So what now Telkom?? And no one cares! Secondly I have been the sole owner of our business as long as it has existed. Now suddenly I am not the correct contact person for my own account...3 other names of random people who has never ever been in my business. Wish these other people will also pay the bill. How to fix that I also do not know when dealing with *********** people.
