Telkom - Not worth as ISP

We have been Telkom ISP clients for many years. Their email servers etc cannot work with application such as Outlook anymore and we were informed to move to Firefox. Email problems are constant and trying to get help is just not possible. Website where faults can be logged is very basic and no response from anyone. Once faults are logged, they are just closed as resolved with the same issues still happening. Call centre employees just are not helpful at all and not knowledgeable about their own service.
