Telkom not working

Morning We started work on the 4th of January 2021, with our telephone line from telcom not working. We report it on line at Telkom faults on four 4 different days, 4/01/2021, 07/01/2021, 11/01/2021 and last time it was 13/01/2021. Until now we haven't recive any reply from them. Nor sms even. is it possible for you to help us with this problem.
