TELKOM not willing to clear my name with VERICRED (6 months now)

According to VCCB (VERICRED) I owe Telkom an amount of R676.00 on the account ending with 0057 and they need a paid-up letter from TELKOM to clear my name. When checking with Telkom I have 2 accounts (*** and ***) and there is no account ending with 0057. TELKOM is not willing to clear this with VCCB. my request is that TELKOM should inform (and copy me) VCCB to clear all owing accounts. I DO NOT OWE TELKOM!!!!!!!!!! I am send from pillar to post!!!!!! FRUSTRUTED CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
