Telkom not willing to assist.\\\

We bought a Telkom sim card from PEP vereeniging number ***. My son lost his phone whilst the Telkom sim card was inside. They are now refusing to assist blacklist the phone because PEP store sold us a pre - ricah'd sim card which belongs to someone else - we have provided the name of the person whom the sim card belongs to - as it was furnished to us by Telkom themselves. They are not willing to assist even though we had explained numerous times the reasons why the sim card was never ricard under our names. PEP store failed to follow the right process and now we have to suffer as clients. Telkom act as if they are not aware that PEP sell the clients pre- ricard sim cards. We urgently need intervention in this regard
