Telkom not Upgrading
Reference number SM127565. <br> <br> Telkom is not allowing us to upgrade to the 50GB 24 month LTE Huawei deal from our current 36 month 15 day + 15 Night surfer GB LTE Huawei deal.<br> <br> No help given for 2 weeks now. We did go to branches and did everything we can on our side. Telkom said it's possible but for some reason no one wants to do anything. Telkom, we want to upgrade, more money for you..we need it ASAP. I will be working from home and need more cap. It's too expensive to buy out of bundle cap otherwize we are stuck on this deal for 2 years! PLEASE HELP!<br> <br>
