Telkom Not Updating My payments wot Credit Bureau

Hi,

Telkom has not been updating my payments with Credit Bureau. They last updated in March this year, And this is affecting my credit Score.

I was going to be having higher Score of they were updating.

I have tried to contact their Account department but they couldn't assist me.

This is so bad. I can't get credit with anyone because of this issue
