Telkom not updating credit information.

For the last 3 months i have been trying to get Telkom to update my Experian information. I chatted to 3 different telkom agents on three seperate occasions in the last three months who promised me that the instruction will be sent and the issue escalated. They wont give me contact details or reference numbers. Experian won't accept my telkom bill showing that i dont owe anything. They will only accept instruction from Telkom. I really don't know what to do anymore to get the instruction sent. Last instruction was sent on the 30 January. It is now 30 April.
