Telkom NOT uncapped LTE?

<p><br />Telkom a few days ago has changed the terms of the contract signed to what was advertised. They now say that you will be shaped and throttled down to 4mbps after you reach a total of 200GB per month, I already reached 200GB before I got this message from Telkom so I was automatically downgraded to 4mbps. I am not sitting with a service that's slower than ADSL. I signed the 24 contract with Telkom because they said it was uncapped. But now with these new terms its completely not worth the R799 I pay monthly. I can easily get the same service cheaper elsewhere. I feel that I was ******* into signing this contract. 200GB for my home network is too little, I use that amount in half a month. I think 500GB would be more fair. Please look into this as this is clearly a breach of contract from Telkoms side. What’s even worst is that they will completely slow down the connection to 256kbps after 250GB of use. 256kbps makes the connection completely unusable.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
