Telkom not treating their customers right.

I'm on telkom contract mobile which gives me benefits of unlimited calls telkom to telkom mobile number but on the 2nd of November it charged me like I was calling other networks which this benefit doesn't apply I called them and explain my problem then the lady she was on a phone she opens a case and give me case number which is ***9 it was on the 2nd of November 11:43am even today no one has attended to this case they keep on telling me they will remind the persons who's responsible for the case when I call to ask about it.
