Telkom not treating their customers fairly

I have been taken for a ride from May to date by Telkom, i canceled my insurance in may and they are still debiting my account. Escalated the matter which they told me feedback will be provided and to date no body has bothered to contact me all they know is to debit my account. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service i have received and i want no dealings with Telkom.
