Telkom not the way to go

I am disappointed and disgusted with the bad advice ; service i was given at the lake centurion store. Its resulted in a getting a contract with a bill so high its debiting half my salary. I cant afford this as a single parent but dutifully paid knowing i cant even buy groceries! I specifically asked abouy additional charges an was told theres none.... guess what there are of R500! I was not told about this . I asked for a contract that would cut off at a certain point and was assured it would; it never did! Ive been back numerous times and the after sales is terrible, persons working skirt around issue and manager never available. I will NEVER recommend Telkom to anyone and to think i was going to move all my lines. There are no complaint lines. Every email returns and calls dont get returned. Telkom is not the way to go!!!!!
