Telkom not the best service provider

It's been now two weeks since I got my upgrades from telkom and I still can't use my device. Is there any one that can assist.telkom keeps on giving me the run around. I keep on having to repeat my problems every time I call in the call centre!!!! I am really get ****ed now..... reason is they say they will call you back with updates but this never ever happens. Is there any one that assist? Telkom adverts say they the best mobile network but I think they really suck. I will never refer any of my family or friends to them ever. I think it's time to move networks.
