TELKOM not taking on Bidvest Bank Account Customers

I just need to make this PUBLIC . I tried getting a new contract with Telkom today and JUST because I have a BIDVEST Bank Account , Telkom can't help me . Telkom is showing away ALL future customers that have Bidvest Bank Accounts . And the reason ... There's NO Bidvest Bank option loaded on their system ... can you believe this ... this is absolutely terrible terrible !!! WHO in today's time of bad business shows customers away because of their Bank Accounts ????
