Telkom not stopping to debit my account after termination of their services

Telkom keeps on debiting my account long after cancellation of their service.

My 2 year wifi contract ended in March, I went in store at Illanga Mall Nelspruit Telkom to cancel the service end of June. Telkom then deducted at the end of July again after tge wifi router sim was switched off from their side and the service was cancelled.

I phoned them with no luck of resolving the matter.
