Telkom not sticking to own terms and conditions!

What a bunch Telkom are? Their own terms and conditions mean nothing to them. They clearly state that migration of a service will incur no penalty, yet to migrate from 20gb to 50gb LTE broadband incurred a penalty of having to pay for a new router. I only chose the 50gb package because I was told that all uncapped slots were full. Now they are advertising uncapped LTE for R899 per month. It is almost a cer*****y that if I choose this option they will expect me to pay for another router again. Maybe I should take the matter up with the Consumer Commission and get Telkom sorted out. The connection I have is good but service from Telkom is **** poor, highly disgusted.
