Telkom not service BAD BAD

Help Telkom has debit my account for the last two months, the amount of R256.25 i have no contract or any accounts from Telkom , NO landline No sim card NO NON NOthing from Telkom. been to the Telkom Store 3 times, phone 100 of times , nobody can help or tel me what is the money for.
