Telkom not serious about business

<p>My landline in Plessislaer Ithala Building workshops has not been working for over 3 weeks. Technicians have come to fix the problem multiple times but the problem is temporarily resolved for a few minutes/hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each time I report the complaint, I'm oven a new reference number for the same problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not been able to speak to ayoe I management as they are always rpirted busy and have never returned any of my calls. My business is suffering both financial and reputational losses while Telkom struggles to completely resolve my problem.</p>
