Telkom Not Returning My Credit

I had to convert my Telkom WayaWaya prepaid landline to landline look alike. I requested them to continue and was assured that the money on the account would still be available. After a few months my landline went dead and after a few calls and more waiting I received the device and SIM. Unfortunately my Balance went from R232.86 to R23. Mandisi assisted me on 23/07/18 - 09:30 and investigated and confirmed that there was R232.86 before the conversion. He assured me that the money would be refunded in what he hoped would be the following week, but nothing has happened to date.
