Telkom not responding to ICASA Case GAU3929/17 ICASA:***

I have had a querie with Telkom since 2016 escalated the matter they close the case number saaying it is resolved with out it being resolved. I have lodged a ICASA complaint last year which they also haven't responded on. The Escalations department of Telkom is also not resolving the matter as they are all in meeting for 2 weeks now without returning calls or emails Sibulele Mgcokoca and her Team leader Makabongwe. They keep on referring the matter to their Technical department. They come back and say they can't fix the problem.
