Telkom not responding to hello peter reviews

Telkom not responding to hello peter reviews. Just like myself and many other people, we were debited earlier in December 2024 and not on the last day of the month as indicated on our accounts. A lot of clients is complaining about this on hello peter. this means Telkom is at fault. The Telkom call center is not willing to assist with account queries!!!! What is wrong with Telkom? I mean really??????? I'm now going to contact the Telkom Legal department. The email address is on the internet. ***
