Telkom not responding..

I ordered a telkom phone line the middle of january and my line was installed on the 2nd of february, They told me it would take 24 - 48 hours to activate the line. I app**** with mweb and telkom for the phone line. 2 weeks later a month and a half after initial order my line is still not activated.. Phone mweb they say its telkom phone telkom(R200 worth of airtime later) and telkom still has not rep**** to my calls. I'm half expecting to receive a bill ath the end of the month anyway. I just want some feedback from telkom but its nothing but dead ends. Please fix this Telkom.
