Telkom not replacing line ******

My phone line and internet is dead from last week Wednesday. So a technician called me today to tell me the bad news, that Telkom are not going to replace the ****** line in our area. We dont have LTE coverage or anything. How will this help people and businesses in our area. Replace this then with fiber.
