Telkom Not Repairing fault on Business line within reasonable time limits

My business landline went down on 21/5/2021. It was reported on the same day,the next saturday,the monday,tuesday and wednesday the following week. At wednesday no technician was be assigned to the job despite the fact that is a business line and suppose to be treated urgently. Today is Thursday and nothing happened as yet. I am loosing sales big time .Please help
