Telkom not repairing ADSL and land lines

I reported a fault on 07/11/2017. My ADSL and land line died after a storm. Telkom tell me the is a degraded service area fault that means slow ADSL and noisy lines my line are dead. But they won't even come out and look. After two weeks the fix the area fault. Surprise my lines are still dead. They dispatch a tech who never shows up. He links it to an area cable fault. Buy no one comes to look twenty two days later still no service I get the call pay your account or we disconnect you.... Telkom service is disgusting. I've spent hundred on airtime and data calling daily to try get this regulated and repair.......
