telkom not removing my name from ITC

hi.im Thulani Chocholo my id number is ***,cellphone number ***. i closed a telkom account early this year and i paid their R905.75 to pep on the 8th of march with the account number *** last month i went to absa to register for a loan and it declines because the telkom put me in ITC for R723 which is supposingly in arrears. i went to telkom gateway in durban north this morning and pillay Kl attended me and said one lady called "karlie mary" would remove my name from ITC. i would like to state that my name i s in ITC unjustly and now i cant do a thing like buying a cellphone on credit coz no one in telkom removed my name from ITC early this year and now it reflect bad on my credit record. the so called person who should be removing my name hasnt called me or emailed me. please assist me with the matter. thanks.
