Telkom not refunding our CR monies in account since our line cancelled Dec 2017.

Our line ********** 375 has been cancelled. Telkom Account no : ********** 90001. The account is now in CR. How do we get our CR refunded to my nominated bank account? We have been asking V Mazondo ********** since 28 Dec 2017 with no reply. That CR is our money; not Telkom.
