Telkom not refunding money owed since 1.5 years now

Since Aug 2017 I am battling to get a refund of more than R4500 from Telkom for LTE services which I had cancelled and Telkom continued billing. I have tried all avenues but to no avail - this is ********** operations by Telkom ( see all the other entries on Hellopeter). If anybody reading my entry has successfully managed to get a refund from Telkom, please advise me on ********** via which channels and whom you have contacted to get any money refunded.
