Telkom not recommened (Read Review for situation)

I ordered a new UNLIMITED 4mbps package from Telkom and after passing the credit check and paying the deposit. Someone from technical called me to confirm my address and phone number. Everything seemed to go well. Its been two months later, after many many phone calls to their call center. I have found out today that they apparently did get a hold of me seen they were using the wrong phone number(I do not know where they got it from seeing I only have the one). Now someone has canceled my order and now I have to complete the application again, waiting 2 weeks for credit approval, paying the deposit again, waiting 2 weeks for them to confirm I have paid the deposit, just to have them cancel my order because why not. Obviously, they are blaming me (the customer) for there lack of service. My recommendation for anyone looking for internet option. Rather use a smaller Internet Service Provider (ISP), they pay more careful attention to their clients than bigger bully companies like Telkom. Look at the wireless uncapped internet like Level-7. Installation might be expensive if you don't take a contract, why would you use wire if wireless is the future.
