Telkom NOT providing the service they are supposed to

I logged service cancellation requests - this is the second or third time I am trying to switch off my services - I received the SMSs stating someone will contact me or they will email me, BUT I never receive call or anything .. Telkom .. I am going to stop paying you for the services if you don't cancel my services and accounts !!!
