Telkom not providing correct internet speeds

Once again Telkom have let me down. I am paying for a 20Mbps line and am getting about 8Mbps. This was reported about 2 weeks ago and I was told that they would send someone to investigate.............. to date still awaiting feedback. I do believe it will be something in their settings or exchange as it has been good for a few months.
