Telkom not providing

I have been with Telkom quite some time now. I have a 10mb uncapped adsl line with nothing but terrible service. Not a day passes by where the internet hasn't been off for at least 4 or 5 hours. When it is on we getting 4mb/s. Telkom is the worst company ever, sent them numerous fault report, emailed them they just don't care. All they care about is their 800 bucks per month we'll I'm fed up and changing providers. I are better off getting something from ******* then from them.
