Telkom not processing cancellation

For over a year I have been trying to cancel my LTE data contract. It matured a year ago and I sent a cancellation form to ********** twice as well as to ********** and called them as well as went into the store at Fourways crossing.

I have given over R3000 to Telkom for nothing. I do not use this data contract anymore.
