TELKOM NOT PREPARED TO COMPLY WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OF C P A

Purchased a Totolink WiFi Extender from Telkom. Item did not work so returned it in original packaging the following week requesting a refund or exchange. They refused and offered to send it in for repair. I reminded them of provisions of CPA. They were not interested. 2 weeks later I went to them to ask what was happening. and was told a new switch had been fitted and now in working order. Not so. I have now returned it for the third time and am waiting for a promised phone call or mail!!!
