Telkom - Not poor Service, NO SERVICE

I logged a call for lines not working mid April with ref number 225CRZ260418. Till date, now in June the lines are not fixed. It is a business line. How are we suppose to do business? Is Telkom not interested at all? At my other business we don't even use Telkom any longer and have moved data and lines over to Cell C more than 2 years ago. I think it is the way to go here also. Telkom can advertise their cheap deals all they want, but their service is horrible.
