Telkom not paying refund

Hi,

I'm waiting for almost a year now for Telkom to repay me a refund of about R850 after I cancelled my account. Telkom confirmed that they own me the money. They have my banking details. All they need to do is to make the payment. Here is my refund request numbers ********** 9 and ********** 2.
