Telkom not managing expectations and empty promise
Hi Telkom,<br> <br> ***. I was promised that someone will contact me, yet after numerous follow ups this does not happen.<br> <br> Thus, I'm again logging on Hellopeter after my 1st attempt 5 days ago obviously did not work... Also, I get no answer on my e-mails from [Email Removed] (Colleen,Ops Specialist,Telkom Social Media)<br> <br> It's now been 50 days and I'm still waiting for a landline to be installed...<br> <br> <br> <br>
