Telkom not keeping to there promises.....

Telkom is so good that the people working there don't know anything.

I actually called Telkom 3 times tonight where each lady said to me that I'm on a 4mbps contract. I was promise that I will get up to 90 Mbps . When i spoke to Mpho Phokoje, I actually asked her to log the complaint plus that I want to talk to a supervisor. Her response to me was that there is no supervisor on duty tonight.

This is my 3 time to complain about the internet speed.
