Telkom not keeping appointments
I requested a line transfer from Klerksdorp to Carletonville. I had my third appointment with Telkom where we agreed on a date for the line installation and on all three instances the technician did not pitch up. I made special arrangements for someone be be at my home on these dates and then Telkom is a NO SHOW....
