telkom not interested

We filled in an application for a telkom line 3 weeks ago. A technician was supposed to come and connect us on 16 jan 2014 but he didnt show up. Up to now no response from anyone in telkom. How irresponsible of them? If i get an account from them im going to refer this to a lawyer as we are still not connected. If they dont want the business they should cancel our contract that we signed and we can go to another tele communications company. Im sick and tired of this. It seems no one is working in telkom. This is really disgusting service. They need to be shut down. Or get competent peole to work there.
