Telkom not honouring a contract

<p>I've taken out a Telkom cellphone contract on 08-Nov-2016 at Baywest Mall. The Telkom assistant was Mr. André Lottering. Part of the contract was a Free 32GB Ultra Dual USB Drive for Android. Mr. Lottering informed me a the time that they do not have stock, but he would contact me later when they have stock. I've followed up with a couple of e-mails.
